Our accident protector pays lump sum benefits for all kinds of serious injuries caused by an accident – including total permanent disabilities such as loss of limbs, sight or hearing.
The cover also provides daily benefits for periods of hospitalisation associated with the accident.
Guaranteed acceptance if you are aged 18 or over and under 65 (cover
expires at age 75)
Loss of and loss of use halves at 65, permanent total disability is nolonger applicable at the age of 65
Cover is worldwide for UK residents and in force 24 hours a day
Lump sum benefit levels vary according to the injury and range from
£1,000 to £40,000 for the standard cover level, which also includes £50 a
day hospitalisation benefit.
There is no cash in or maturity value on any product
This product excludes injuries resulting from:
Deliberate self-harm
Riding on a motorcycle or moped as a driver or passenger
Any accident occurring while under the influence of alcohol or any drug 
not prescribed by a registered medical practitioner
Flying or any form of airborne aerial activity, except while travelling on a recognised airline, and
Scuba-diving, rock climbing or mountaineering of any type,
potholing or parachuting
Competing or practising for speed, time trials or sprints or racing of any
kind other than on foot or while swimming
War risks
Making or using explosives
Deliberate exposure to danger (except in the attempt to save a human
life)
Radiation or radioactive contamination
